Family and couple celebrant ceremonies are personalized, meaningful events. These ceremonies can mark a variety of milestones, including weddings, vow renewals, naming ceremonies, and other life events.

What To Expect...
Contact
Please get in touch with me for a free, ‘no-obligation’ chat, when we can discuss your ceremony date, and any plans that you have. I will be happy to share any thoughts and ideas that I have based on what you tell me. This will give you a feel for how I work, and if I am the right celebrant for you.
Meeting
If you decide to book me as your celebrant, our planning for your ceremony will begin with a face-to-face meeting. Ideally this will be in-person, and at your chosen venue, but it may be via a video call if that works better for you. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts for your ceremony, and for me to understand what is important to you. If you’re not sure what you want for your ceremony, I can help you to get started with some ideas and suggestions.
Ceremony
I will then send you a first draft of your personalised script for the ceremony, and we will work on any revisions together. Once your script is finalised, you can then be confident in looking forward to the big day, where I will guide you through the ceremony so that you can enjoy it to the full.

A questionnaire (for couples’ ceremonies)
If you decide to book me as your celebrant, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire before we meet. This is your chance to tell me all about you as a couple, and your relationship: how you met, what you love about each other, any special memories, plans for the future etc. This will help me to plan and create your unique and personal ceremony script.

Ceremony script
I will plan and write your bespoke ceremony script, based on your ideas and requests, and you will have approval at every stage.
Regular contact
I will keep in touch with you via email, telephone, or video call until we finalise your ceremony script.
Readings/Poems
I will support you in choosing readings/poems that will be right for your ceremony, if required.
Vows/Promises
I will help you to write your own, personalised vows/promises if you wish.
Symbolic actions/rituals
I will explore ideas with you for some of the symbolic actions/rituals that you may wish to include in your ceremony.
Exclusivity
your ceremony will be the only one that I am committed to on the date that you book me.
The Ceremony
I will liaise with other key people involved in your ceremony, as appropriate, to ensure smooth delivery of your ceremony on the day. I will arrive at least one hour before the start of your ceremony to finalise any last-minute changes or arrangements. I will lead and deliver your ceremony, as we have planned together.
A Certificate & Keepsakes
I will provide you with a certificate to commemorate your ceremony, a printed copy of your bespoke ceremony script and a ribbon-tied gift box to have for keepsakes from the day
